Returns & Exchanges
Because of the intimate and hygienic nature of many of the products we sell, special return restrictions apply to sex toys, intimate products, and other hygiene-sensitive goods.
Unopened & Unused Items
Unless otherwise stated below, items may be eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Opened Sex Toys & Intimate Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sex toys, intimate products, or other hygiene-sensitive goods once their hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been opened or broken.
This applies even if the product has not been used or has been cleaned or sanitized.
This restriction does not limit your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Defective Products
If your item is defective, you may contact the manufacturer directly regarding its warranty, or contact us for assistance.
If you discover a defect within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us with:

We will review the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy required by law.
Manufacturer warranties are in addition to, and do not replace, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we sent you the wrong item, we will arrange for the appropriate replacement or other applicable remedy at no additional cost to you.
European Union Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.
Hygiene-Sealed Products
The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Accordingly, sex toys, intimate products, and other hygiene-sensitive products that are supplied with a hygiene seal or sealed packaging cannot be returned under the EU withdrawal right once that seal has been broken or removed.
If you wish to preserve your right to return an eligible intimate product, do not open, break, or remove its hygiene seal or sealed packaging.
EU Returns
If an item is eligible for withdrawal, it must be returned in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
Unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Eligible refunds will be made in accordance with applicable EU consumer law, including any required refund of the standard outbound delivery charge.
Faulty Goods & Statutory Rights
The 14-day EU withdrawal right is separate from your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
