If a item is defective, you can wither contact the manufacturer for its warranty policy, or if it is within 14 days of receiving the item you can contact us for an exchange. Please email us with the description of item, what the defective is, and the order number,
If you received an item other then what you ordered, that is on us and we will exchange it out for the item that you ordered
